Traditional wax print fabrics by miao tribe in guizhou province in china. MaZhengRong  textile collection was exhibited in China academy of Art. 中国貴州省の苗族のひとびとによる、ろうけつ染めの布。 少数民族の手工芸、手織物の研究家である馬正栄氏のコレクション展示会。 中国美術学院にて開催されていました。

Almost spring.  There is a blue Nankeen exhibition hall in Shanghai located in a 1930´s villa,  it holds a permanent exhibition of a vanishing craft. The visit to the exhibition marks the first step for factory-tshirt.net to explore the traditional indigo print method in China.  While staying true to the original method factory-tshirt.net imagines the traditional patterns of flowers to be replaced by skyscrapers, butterflies by magnetic levitation vehicles and grass by crowds of people.  Here the white T-shirt project explores the possibility of combining traditional methods with our customers imaginations.
